How to Obtain Your Credentials

Step by Step to Obtain Credentials​

To perform testing in our sandbox environment, you will need a specific pair of credentials. Follow the steps below to generate your sandbox credentials:

1. Access to the Seller Panel​

First, access the PicPay Seller Panel. You will need to sign in with your seller credentials.

2. Navigation to the Integrations Section​

Once logged in, find the "Integrações" option in the left side menu. Click this option to access the area where integration credentials are available.

3. Generation of Sandbox Credentials​

On the Integrations screen, you will find several credential options. Look for the card titled "Link de pagamento" located at "Credenciais Sandbox" section and click on the "Gerar" button on it.

4. Saving Credentials​

After clicking "Gerar", a pair of credentials consisting of client_id and client_secret will be displayed. It is crucial that you store this information in a safe place, as the client_secret will no longer be displayed in future queries.
